Edited on Sun May-02-04 08:30 PM by ButterflyBlood
not by liberals of course, but in the non-partisan history books.

1. a)
his corruption, combined with the fact that he's accomplished nothing and cannot speak a coherent sentence w/o a prompter, will consign him to the basement, I fear.

4. that's what I hope
but sadly I think history will be too kind to him. He might end up being seen as someone who wanted to end terrorism and protect America at all costs, even if resulted in a few "minor" blunders (such as no WMD rather than the fact that he blatantly lied about WMD)

2. by us or the american public?
I think he's the worst I've certainly ever experienced but I assume the american public will have a better reaction to him than his father had. Better than average I guess.

9. Who controls the process?
If he's elected in Nov., I expect he will be remembered as our greatest President. If he loses he will be more correctly remembered as the worst.

It's all a matter of who controls the 'remembering' process.

11. He will be remembered as the incumbent president who
spent the most money on a reelection campaign only to achieve the worst lopsided defeat. Seriously.
