3. Can he? Yes. Is it a guarentee? No.
Either Dean OR Kerry have the ability to bring Bush down in 2004. I repeat, it will NOT be easy, it will take a LOT of work, and yes, they may loose.
But IMHO, Bush can be beat if Dean or Kerry gets the nomination.
