Mind you I will be the fist one to tell you that most of that
info does make sense for natural disasters... taht said, I do
not trust DHS is doing this for that goal.. even if fire season
has started in Cali, for instance

Let's face it folks, they need another event to explain
why it is necessary to send every able bodied person
to fight their wars. They have so many countries to
occupy and so few cannon fodder units.
How else can the Shrub steal another 4?
He has to create another crisis that only his "steady leadership"
can get us through. Fact is, the majority of 'murikkka will
buy it hook, line and sinker, with some help from Faux news
and the traitors who call themselves "journalists."
