On an unrelated note, I've been over there twice. What was consistent in the hate DU threads is that there is no discussion of issues, 100% of the conversation is about how they think we are so stupid. They find outrageous posts, which they almost certainly planted themselves, and use them to generalize about the opinions of all DUers.

They also have long lessons about how to troll, get 1K posts in the lounge and spend $5 on a star and you'll never be tomb-stoned. They think it isn't fair that they can't post here, apparently they don't know about Freerepublic since they act like the policy is only on leftist sites.

trashing certain DUers, with no discussion at all of any of the issues being raised. They are so obsessed with us that it's almost pitiful if it weren't so damned annoying. They obviously don't have lives worth living if they're spending them monitoring and obsessing over DU.

What a great message board. Imagine that, a whole section devoted to a different message board. You certainly have proven what I believe to be a truism of all conservatives: conservatives lack crticial thinking skills and creativity. Bereft of your own ideas, you actually have to go to another message board, search for threads, and then re-post the threads here to discuss. That's just pathetic. Not surprisingly, another conservative message board, the Free Republic, does the same thing. Priceless. What sad, empty lives you all must lead, so utterly empty and devoid of any happiness, that you have to post photographs of people you do not know in order to make fun of them. That's something kids in middle school do.

Since I know many of you are watching, I'll make sure that my postings at DU are simple and easy to understand, and will only use one-syllable words. We don't want another embarrassing incident where one of your members goes to DU, reads a posting there, and then gets all confused because of a lack of knowledge on naming conventions of U.S. Naval commands and then goes on to accuse someone of lying about their military career due to that stupidity. Right, Gern?
