"FOX News Right-Wing Bias": Is this meme finally sticking?
I have heard at least two television reports in the past week (most recently, ABC World News Tonight regarding the Sinclair-Nightline standoff) which have matter-of-factly referred to Fox News Channel as having a right-wing bias.

That, coupled with Jon Stewart's regular skewering of Fox News on The Daily Show, is leading me to believe that mainstream America is finally onto what Fox News is really all about. Even conservatives I talk to at work freely admit that Fox News is essentially GOP-TV.

Is anyone else sensing the same thing? It just seems like we've turned a corner.

Now if only we can start to dispel the myth that CNN is a liberal mouthpiece... :grr:

1. Always refer to CNN as FOX LITE.
It'll piss off both of them!

4. good one, although....
...I think a better comparison would be to Soviet-era Pravda and Izvestia, not al-Jazeera.

3. Leno: Good if Gore got a liberal channel; Bush already has Fox.
Did you hear Leno during the Wash.correspondents dinner?
It is official.

5. They sort of outed themselves. The Iraq invasion required

a whole lot of propaganda. Fox spent it's credibility on selling the administration's lies for invasion to the American public.

The whole situation in Iraq is an undeniable disaster. The pig is simply too big to put any more lipstick on, but Fox is still holding the make-up bag. Many people are noticing it.

7. Yes, Fox has lost all credibility amongst friends and coworkers
I just laugh at any reference to Fox. The evil right-wing rednecks at work will not even attempt to quote Fox any more. Fox is now Rush is now Drudge - just a bunch of liars who can no longer see truth for what it is. I have actually de-programmed Fox (so-called) News from channel memory - I don't have time for those angry butt-monkeys any more :D .
