2. Years and years ago, when Salon's Table Talk was hot...
...there was a thread on the worst job in the world. One guy was out with friends for some drunken revelry one night & they dragged him into one of those tawdry peep show booths they used to have in Times Square, where you sit in a semi-private room and shove quarters into a slot to get a peek at a nekkid chick. At the end of the night, some poor shlub came by with a mop and bucket to clean out the cubicles. And from then on, that guy realized that no matter how bad his day was, he could take comfort that he wasn't "mop boy".
