Attention Focus Syndrome Possible?
Is there room for a theory that BUSH FAITHFUL (Bush lovers) suffer from – Attention Focus Syndrome?

A syndrome theory which could also be known as Attention Excess Syndrome?

Could we say that there is a syndrome? And that a person suffering from it is identified by an excess of devotion? A Pied Piper obsessed loyalty? And that is can also be dentified by the inability to recognize hypocrisy and fraud? And is manifested by a bible fixation combined with a propensity to believe economic myths with a total block out of the need to consider facts?

1. Attention Surplus Syndrome--ASS
is what it's called.

And Bush has it in Spades when it comes to his delusional world view.

2. It's not just the Bush faithful...
Personally, I believe most humans are obsessive thinkers. So much so, that we as a species have created a condition of consciousness that literally defines a collective mental illness. Unwavering loyalty or "devotion" to an idea or cult of personality is the result of fear, created solely by our minds.

Don't get me wrong, our minds are a wonderful problem solving tool. It is a wonderful servant, when used properly. It is a miserable failure as a master. Dictatorial, even.

Quiet the mind, and you will find the "truth."
