"I voted for the 87 billion before I voted against it"
Why do we allow the Repugs to win the PR campaign? They are taking Kerry's quote out of context.

Why don't we take excerpts from Bush's last press conference and use it against him?

8. Better yet
I think the Kerry camp should show the truth behind that bogus ad and put Kerry's quote back into context.

He would have supported the amendment to the Iraqi appropriations bill if in exchange Bush would have repealed some of the unprecedented high income tax cuts. The amendment lost, 57-42, because Bush insisted that the $87 billion be added to the deficit.

He supported an amendment that did repeal some of the high income tax cuts and voted for it. The quote is the first part of Kerry's statement chopped off. In the original, he went on to explain this and now he should have an advertisement that shows the entire statement again for those who missed it the first time.

10. Think about this ..
Kerry didn't vote to fund the recent rape and torture .... He wanted accountability .. something STILL missing.

whoosh - give me billions$$ - don't ask questions.

"Why do we allow the Repugs to win the PR campaign?"

WE don't. WE don't repeat out-of-context quotes as the subject of messages about Bush's inept press conference.
