Good to be back Home. Like many here, I visit FR to see what the GOP cultural stalwarts have to say from time to time (Know Thine Enemy). Too much even for me, who has a strong stomach for such things and will not go into the night without knowledge of the enemy. This was just too repulsive; one thread cheers on "Christians" in Africa killing Muslim tribespeople. FR has come to this: Kill 'em. Kill 'em all. Muslims. Democrats. Evolutionists. Civil rights advocates. The United Nations. Those who do not believe Bush is the Second Coming. Kill 'em all. We are in for very - unprecedented - bad times if Bush "wins" a second term. These are the Brownshirts, and I feel compelled to visit to see the depths to which they have sunk. Little or no debate over there anymore. Just kill 'em all - that is what they believe. Low even for FR. A wake up for us.

On March 17, Limbaugh -- referring to remarks made by Senator John Kerry that were picked up by a microphone -- told listeners, "I'm proud to be a member of the lying crook Republican attack machine." One week later, Limbaugh reassured his listeners that his radio program is "a choo-choo train of truth."

At least, I will bet that. Rush's day has come and gone. He is officially nuts. If his show started now, he wouldn't last a month. Just a matter of time before he implodes. My wish for him? I've been online politically since the 2000 election, and I can count the number of times that I've been at FR on two hands.

Since 2000 (FR was nuts then, too, admittedly), there has been an increasing Fascistic tone to FR, and the sounds of "The Horst Wessel Song" grow ever louder, particularly since the 2002 election, which emboldened those who seek a one-party (Bush) state. This isn't the hard right; the Cheneys of the world (the real hard right - but with power to back it up) laugh at these Useful Idiots. These are the same kind of dunderheads who formed Hitler's Brownshirts. And they are growing in number, and in calls for violence. The progression has been unmistakable.

I'm glad some of you have the guts for it...the most I can do is watch CNN and MSNBC. Freepers and Faux are just too strong for me.
