they all knew from the beginning. they hired the contractors to do exactly that. in afghanistan they send prisoners to other countries to be tortured. that is the same as doing it.

he knew from the beginning he did it

they didnt need to see the pictures, they didnt need to read the report they knew it was happening

The fact that, as you state, he has sent prisoners off to be interrogated only indicates that he is not bothered by this at all.
The reaction is wholly do to the campaign issue it is raising.
