2. WOW! he didn't actually say *quite* that!
... I listened to the npr except a few times.... what he actually said was:

"Of course I've got SOME confidence in the secretary of defense"

(emphasis mine)

It was a lil slurred, and given bush's lack of facility with the english language, it's hard to tell what, if anything, he meant by it. But I'm 99% sure that extra word came out of his mouth.... Confirmation/Refutation please?
