4. Another instance of him not paying attention to an urgent topic

IF he was briefed about this back in January, why wasn't it an urgent matter to immediately follow up, since the implications of dropping the ball would turn more Middle Eastern (and world) opinion against him?

And you have to wonder, why would he ADMIT that he first saw the photos on television? Why make himself look even MORE incompetent and disconnected?
