That's a pretty narrow group of people who would buy that argument.

I mean if you believe he's evil and cagey enough to want to provoke an attack on the United States, what's to stop you from going to the next level and assume it was LIHOP or MIHOP.

If he is that evil (as opposed to a more moderate evilness and great incompetance), why leave it to chance?

Rove, Junior, Biggus Dickus and the rest of the mob are not that competent. Everything isn't a conspiracy, and we shouldn't be so scared of these guys; they're amateurs.

Dick and Rummy are pretty smart guys, but Rove is mediocre in the circuitry department, as are Condi and Colin; regardless of what people say, Junior really is a slobbering moron, and he compounds it by swaggering, shooting from the hip and a blockheaded refusal to hear contrary points of view.

They're all in way over their heads, and they don't have the skill sets to get out.
