7. Repetition works
Yet another reason. Kerry wanted him the first time for military incompetence in sending troops into Iraq with a lousy plan and the wrong equipment (NO eqipument in the case of the body armor).
It helps that there is yet another reason. The scum can't even read the fucking report on the prison!!!
