Gas was $2.04 last week. Now its $2.19. What are you paying?

I'm in San Diego where gas prices are usually of the highest in the nation.
What are you paying for a gallon of regular, and where are you at?

Average, I compare to and from work.

About $1.95 for 89 octane and $1.99 to %2.03 for premium.

If I cross the county line into Prince William, prices are a tad lower due to different local taxes.

I hear Maryland is higher but don't know that personally.

I'll have to fill the car up this weekend.
�1.20 a liter; about $5.5 a Gallon. (yes the Euro is strong vs. the Dollar, but it has a lot more buying power as well).
Yes, there are a whole lot more taxes on the gas here, yes people are less dependent on their cars .
However, the tax can't be blamed for the rise, just for the actual price.

The price rose about 5 Euro cent this week - per liter that is.
