Bush needs to resign
The only thing that will save face for us to Iraqis will be for bush to resign. If Rummy resigned, it's just another token. Bush is the one they know best in Iraq. It's Bush's war and it is , like all things he does, a colossal failure.

It's NOT just because of the pictures, the abuses themselves could be worse. But it is that the photos are representative of our true intentions in Iraq. We are raping that country wiht a laugh and a smile, and everyone knows it.

If Bush ever did one thing right in his life, it would be to resign. The war is over.

1. You Are Right!! bush is the Commander in Chief and he bears
the ultimate responsibility. What's his excuse?? "Oh, they didn't tell me. I didn't know what was going on."

9. It's Bush's JOB to know what is
going on!!! That's part and parcel of being a president! That is why he has a Secretary of Defense, a National Security Advisor, a Secretary of State, etc. He knew what was going on, he HAD to know. There are no excuses whatsoever. NO EXCUSES!!

2. If Bush resigns, Cheney will automatically be president...
...the whole BushCo needs to be suspended from power and removed from office to allow a legitimate administration to take over. Rumsfeld, must go by 4:00PM Friday. Bush and Cheney both need to be arrested and all records from this administration turned over for a full investigation to get to the truth of just what is going on here. Then the election can be held in November and we can take our country back.

7. I think I would rather see him go down in flames in November
with a landslide for Kerry and huge gains in Congress. The voice of the people would be the strongest indication not only for this country, but in the Arab world...that the Americans recognize the problem and have excised it.

8. Well, Nov. defeat in Nov. would be nice, but. . . . .
Greg Palast was on C-Span this morning, and he was kind of doubtful about the November vote. He felt more voters would be purged in other states a la Florida, and the computerized voting machines will have "problems".

3. Too much pride to admit failure.
He'll get meaner and more bitter, willing to destroy this country just to spite us. Of course, he'll flame out in a big way....it is his destiny, after-all. History will not be kind to Dimson.

Georgie would be breaking out the old sword for ritual hari kari.
He has no honor to be disgraced, so he walks the earth happy as a clam swimming in his ill-conceived love of Jesus the conquorer.

10. Bush is the Commander-in-Chimp, he is responsible....
He got all these soldiers fired up thinking they are getting revenge for 9/11. He de-humanized the Iraqis by calling them terrorists....over...and...over...and....over. He was fucking relentless in demonizing these people, even though they had nothing to do with 9/11. Now he is responsible for the ugly results of his lies.

If our legislators had any guts at all, we would be impeaching the whole bunch of criminals who are running our country into the ground.
