3. This has nothing to do with religion, to my way of thinking.

4. these days EVERYTHING has something to do with religion.
It's a fair question, and I'd like to know the answer. Whether the belief system caused this, fostered this, or just made it easier to not question oneself, the belief system is in play.

5. I was thinking of several things
1- area of country they're from - if they're in a church, it's probably conservative 'christian'

2- religious right is constantly talking about 'Islam is a religion of hate, Christianity a religion of love'

So basically with some 'facts', really go on the attack vs the 'new american religion that is so much /nicer/truer/'more godly' than Islam'.
