Does CNN have an anti-Islamic bias?
I don't usually watch CNN, but I had to go to the post office today, and I overheard a teaser that said to the effect that a husband murdered his wife as an "honor killing", which is an Islamic practice! This is NOT Islam, but culture! If that is so, could one say Timothy McVeigh bombed the Murrow Building in an act of Christian practice? Of course not! Unfortunately, many Americans don't know much about Islam, and what they do know is often distorted.

Do others here agree that CNN is distorting what is Islam? Or am I being overly sensitive?

3. CNN disappoints

Just when I think I see a glimmer of hope, they come up with something Bushlike. They are absolutely in love with the idiot.

I must say that yesterday, I did see a glimmer in Paula and even Wolf was a little less in love.

The pictures were hard to defend unless you were Rush. When you are taking that many pills in one day the pictures were a blur/real fuzzy.

4. "Eva" Zahn is an operative...
Bush Brownshirt recruit all the way. yesterday, she revealed her alliance to the group when she had fellow Brownshirt Tori Clarke on.
She kept screaming at Clarke (who looked horrible, unkempt, harried), "How could this happen?!" (Obviously they don't inform their all of operatives of EVERY Black Op in advance!)

And then Tori, who was little miffed, said , "well. In war time, things happen..." a little smile, "YOU should know that, Paula, YOU'VE had a little military training too...."

Paula was momentarily speechless...

I wonder what kind of "military" training?

Eh, Paula? YOU traitorous WHORE!!!!!

The Constitution rferes to "WE The People"!!

NOT "WE the Military Industrial Complex"...

Do us a favour, Paula, put something else in the KOOl Aid and finish yourself off with some dignity...

8. Your analogy is false
Honor killings are widespread, while domestic terrorism on the scale of McVeigh is limited.

But I think Wahabbism (sp?) might condone such actions. Yes, no?

9. Media Hype

I don't think honor killings are widespread. I think the media likes to find stories that seem to demonstrate how back wards and crazy Arabs/Muslims are. I'm sure if reporters scanned the police reports in USA for stories about parents killing their children for some crazy reason, you could find dozens.
