Whose hard drives were seized?

In the first story of the abuse January 2004 CNN, they say hard drives were seized. Whose? The torturers didn't have computers. They did have digital cameras. Is there some drooling pervert sadist in the Pentagon that they were sending the photos to? Would that explain why they were even taking photos? Pure speculation, but whose computers were they checking out?

1. Lots of possibilities.

Morale computers, office computers, personal laptops, etc. You'll find several personal or government computers in just about any military organization of company size or better these days.
