Jim Saxton (R-New Jersey) even looks like a Soviet era propagandist
Saxton was on CNBC this morning shilling for the marvelous economy and the great leadership of the imbecile in chief. In response to a question about why polls are showing that people believe the economy is headed for trouble, and (in the typical "fair and balanced" methods of CNBC) "what can the pResident do to turn this around?" (oh, my).. Saxton went on the usual diatribe about tax cuts are stimulating job growth such as last month's 300,000 jobs, blah, blah, blah.

Mevin Watt (D-North Carolina) responded that the pResident has no credibility on job growth, and that there is no plan in the administration that is focused on jobs. Any jobs that are created out of tax policy are incidental, not part of a strategy. And he pointed out that even if we had 300,000 jobs per month from now to the end of the year, the pResident still ends up with a net job loss under his policies.

Of course no one addresses the quality of the jobs in that they are lower paying, no benefits jobs, but that is another story.

Now here is what shocked me. The guest "financial industry expert" (I am sorry, I didn't catch his name) asked Saxton:

"The tax cuts implemented by the pResident have had a very minor impact on net job growth. And the policies of the pResident have resulted in extreme instability on the Middle East such that we are now seeing record prices for oil, which translates to a regressive tax on Americans. How can you justify those policies?"

I couldn't believe they didn't power down CNBC right there.

Of course Saxton, with his apparent years of training with Pravda, says "Before I answer that, I would like to talk about John Kerry's...." and of course, didn't even attempt to answer the question.

I don't think we'll be seeing much of the guest host anymore, but I bet we'll see alot more of that chump Saxton.
