If everyone now seems to agree that these "worse" photos and videos exist, and that they will come out, why are they not out now. What is the mechanism that determines the timing on something like this? I feel as if we're being played somehow.

too much at once would mean it would go beyond rumsfeld... it would go all the way to the top, rumsfeld was using the excuse that he didn't think it was serious enough to tell shrub, if it comes out that there was sexual abuse/abuse of juveniles or female prisoners, or whatever is considered 'worse' than this, it will give him no excuse to have not told bush.

and that is bad in one of two ways, it would either say that bush knew about them, and he covered it up, OR that rumsfeld didn't trust bush, and that would just confirm what we have all thought all along, the fact that bush isn't really in charge. either way i think it wouldnt be good for bush and his boys...
