And can we get them to oversee ours in November?

3. scare the hell outta repukes tho......
and also turn the conversation towards the lack of faith people have in the system.... which is currently due largely to repubs..... etc......

We wouldn't let them in 2000? That is, it's possible to opt out?!? Someone will probably answer shortly with lots more info than I have, though!
