Weren't nuclear weapons supposed to be a deterrant?

There's a lot of talk about 'micro-nukes' and 'tactical nukes' and such. And that's scary stuff; doubly scary that a person would even consider making such an ABOMINATION. Jesus would not be plased. Anybody have any links from credible sources stating that * would use them? (In my heart, I know he* would, and it's sad that I'd ever think that a person would do such a horrendous thing...)

(editorial: Yup. Tactical nukes are great, the real abominations are those pesky homosexual men doing gross things and disobeying the Will of God. :eyes: )

This is fucking BIZARROWORLD. x(

1. lol - i'm with you but don't forget.....

nukes, historically, are deterents against *states*.... that's why there's a lotta talk these days about tactical nukes n crap like that - the dangers we face today or from structures much smaller than states.....

2. Last I read

a news article some time ago, research on small tactical nukes was blocked by the House.

I think small nukes are not quite realized yet, but I may be mistaken.
