Torture mentality: what we're up against:
Edited on Sat May-08-04 03:18 AM by DoNotRefill
Somebody sent me this link. This is the kind of mentality we're facing that causes Americans go out and do horrible things. WARNING: This link is disturbing, to say the least. It contains graphic stick-figure death and scenes of stick figure abuse portrayed in a positive light. You've been warned, but it's educational as to their mentality, to say the least.

1. Well Bush can have those votes
The maker of this video is too cowardly to show real pictures of real people.

In any event, the kind of people who get their rocks off on this video, Baby Bush can have their votes. We don't want them.

3. That is some sick shit.
OMG.

Sort of ironic they put it to a System of a Down song when their song and video 'Boom!' is so wonderfully anti-war.

6. History repeating itself. Pre-1933, most Germans were civilized and
non-violent. After the Third Reich took over, the mentality of Social Darwinism with brute violence, distrust of one's neighbor, etc. took over. It was inherent from the top to the bottom: the Fuhrer, the SS & SA, the governors of each region, the head of each neighborhood, etc. Soon children were acting accordingly, imitating the adults. The torture and death at the concentration camps were one facet of the society.

However, I don't know about the prisoner-of-war camps (please, no "Hogan's Heroes" allusions . . . ) as I heard they were given "better" treatment as Germans respected the rules of war above "Mein Kamfp".
