Ted NUGENT's Wife, Shebang NUGENT, Lying Her A** Off on CSPAN
She has LIED all through her long guest segment, saying that KERRY is against gun ownership, that under KERRY "only the military and police" would be allowed to have guns. And effing Pedro just lets her run her potty mouth. She has gotten ZERO challenging calls.

makes me wonder about your motivation for joining with Mrs Nugent in misrepresenting Kerry's position.

7. Well, *I* have made some "anti-gun" statements, too.
Like "I think firearms should not be kept where children can handle them" and "Do you REALLY need a FN/FAL to go Deer hunting?", and "I think an M-16 or the AR-15 variant is a poor choice for home defense"...

The AWB is stupid, though. Burdens the collector, and as we see in Real Life does jack shit to "deter crime".

If Bush gets in again, you'll hear the screams of the NRA as they realize they've been screwed all the way to the moon....

She seemed like such an airheaded stepford wife, though. She kept repeating the same few statements over and over.

8. Does your car go faster than 70 mph?
AHA!

Then of course I have a right to own a zebra-striped bigmegahuge automatic weapon that shoots 732 rounds of bigmegahuge bullets per millisecond.

Venison reduces your cholestoral.

Did you hear the caller that lives near an oil refinery and is worried that if terraists attack he'll have to defend himself? Without his bigmegahuge weapon that shoots 732 rounds of bigmegahuge bullets per millisecond, he'd be a goner. A goner, I tell ya!

I had to shut it off.

9. AND Ted Nugent is the ultimate chickenhawk (links)
Edited on Sat May-08-04 09:35 AM by amen1234

Ted Nugent LIED to get out of service to America, spending all his time now pro-WAR as long as OTHERS DIE in his place...while today, sending his wife onto C-span to disrespect those who did serve in Vietnam and spread LIES about Kerry's stand on guns....

----------------------------------

if C-span or anyone else wants to know the truth about Kerry's stand on guns...

it's all a click away....
http://www.JohnKerry.com

------------------------------------------

Ted Nugent
Doubtless the happiest Republican on this page, Nuge has built a career on wild life (not wildlife), shooting things, and tango-ing his wango onstage. Despite his gun-crazy image, when his country called him to take up actual arms as part of a well-regulated militia, he cowered like a little girl and refused to go. Still, if someone else is called to be in harm's way, like Carl Washington over there, the wild man of rock is all for it. He was born December 13, 1948 in Detroit, Michigan. Just 5 days earlier...

Carl Washington
was also born in Detroit (December 7, 1948). January 6, 1969, PFC Williams was killed in South Vietnam.

Who gives a rats ass?

Maybe Ted should go see a shrink and find out why he has to constantly harp about how much of a macho-man he thinks he is.
That guy works way too hard at trying to push his idea of "manhood" on the world.

12. Ted Nugent In Person...
I relate this story with a bit of mixed feelings. As a fan of great guitarists, one can't deny Nugent is among the best. As a human being, this guy left this planet decades ago mentally. I've seen and met him various times along the way. My favorite "close encounter" was in 1990. He was performing with Damn Yankees and had just finished a show the previous night.

It was 6am on a Sunday morning, I was engineering a local hunting and fishing show (usual topic: what's bitting in Bang's Lake)...somehow (still never revealed), someone working on the show got in touch with Nugent who jumped at the chance to talk Bow hunting...at that time his passion (we'll deal with his gun nuttyness in a moment). I walk into the station and there munching donuts and wide awake is Mr. Gonzo himself...ready to revel in his love of camping and hunting.

For the most part, Ted was interesting and amusing. At this time he said all he did was hunt with his bow...only carried a firearm as "last resort protection" and ate what he killed. He shared a few of the recipes. We took calls from listeners (amazing how many came alive at 6:30am with no prior announcement)...one asked about assault weapons (note C-Span this morning)...he was against automatic weapons...claiming a "real hunter does it with one shot!". Handguns he favored as protection. Overall, he was nuts, but a "loveable one".

The highlight was when someone called in and asked if he took his wife (the same one who was on C-Span this morning...this was 14 years ago and I'm sure she was a lot hotter in those days...she's not bad now) on his hunting trips. Ted's remark: "You don't leave your poon-tang at home". At which time most of us in the studio completely lost it. The host, a Nam vet, was horrified...looking all over for that cut-off button he's never had to use before. His co-host, an elder man, stood there for a few minutes and you could see the cartoon balloon over his head with the words "poon-tang???" then seeing all the laughing and joining in. It was precious.

Last night I saw "Bowling For Columbine". I suggest it for those who haven't seen it for a while. The NRA's been real quiet and are more on our side than on this regime's. This just looked like another C=Span/AEI Production. Brian Lamb, Executive Producer. Do I get my additonal cable outlets and satellite slots now, Mr. Powell???

He cannot play out of the box, stuck in major scale improvisation and three-chord monte.

33. Again...In His Place & Time
Listen to the Amboy Dukes stuff...there's some real solid, early hard rock guitar playing in there (circa '67-'68). I might throw in a few selections from his early solo stuff, but beyond say, 1977 he's just another power-chord banger.

And now way would I put Nugent in the classification of any of whom you've mentioned above, just on rate, not on all guitar players.

The only reason he ever sold any albums was Derek St. Holmes!

Without DSH, he's nothing but a beta male in a G-string. He should be working a stage with a pole on, getting dollars stuffed in his G-string by drunken construction workers.

13. She said if we're concerned by killing we should ban Krispy Kremes
I actually heard her say it. She said that fat kills more people than assault weapons so, just as we are free to go out and buy Krispy Kreme or Dunkin donuts, we have the right to bear any arms our Humvee can carry. I didn't realize she was Nugent's wife. What a complete airhead. She was the best argument for keeping guns out of the hand of mentally insane I've ever heard.

Red, White and Nuge: Ted Nugent for Governor
------------------------------------------------------------------------

November 13, 2002
In a recent opinion poll, listeners of Grand Rapids radio station WOOD (News Radio 1300) rallied behind their Motor City Madman Ted Nugent as the leading candidate to run against current governor Jennifer Granholm in Michigan's 2006 gubernatorial race. With an overwhelming 91.57% of the vote, Nugent beat out such contenders as the speaker of the Michigan House Rick Johnson and former lieutenant governor Dick Posthumus.

"I'm flattered that the Michigan citizenry grasps my sincerity," says Nugent. "I have always celebrated my 'We the People' activism. Maybe it's time to take it to the next level." Ted, who returned to his Michigan ranch after wrapping up the first leg of his tour for his new album Craveman, continues: "The status quo system of politics sucks. Maybe it's time for an upheaval. Call me Ted 'Upheaval' Nugent. We'll see what happens."

28. Her husband is such a civilized human being
when he impregnated one of his groupies, he denied any responsibility for caring for the child. Until the mother sued for child support. Of course Ted's response was to hire a powerful lawyer, and sue for full custody of the child. Even though the kid was now about 7 or 8 years old, and Ted had never even gone out of his way to meet his own child. What a wonderful leader the NRA has chosen.

37. This b*llshit rhetoric HAS to stop!
This is why there are so many pathetic idiots here in Pennsylvania (big time hunting state) that want to vote for Bush. I just had a 3 week standoff with a girl I work with over this crap.

Ted Nugent is like the God of guns to these nutcases. ANYTHING he says or the NRA says is believed by the gun carrying people of PA. My husband is an avid hunter and a fan of Ted Nugent's music, BUT he has me to set him straight on the issues and he was outraged watching Mrs. Nugent spouting off all of those lies.
