5. Does it really matter?
The whole administration needs to be cleared out. Who do we replace him with (PNAC) Paul Wolfowitz? Boy what a great alternative. (NOT) Really the poll is pointless eventhough it has been freeped.

6. he's untouchable...
...because the last thing the Repugs want now is a confirmation hearing to start digging up even more dirt. (Assuming that moving the deputy up would require such a hearing.)
