3. They haven't. They've only taken steps to hide the torture
once it became common knowledge.

You can bet it continue but that cameras will not be anywhere near it all.

5. It needs to come out . . .
. . . that the administration ordered the torture and did nothing about it when it was brought to their attention. It sounds like something those chickenhawk frat fucks would try.
