1. the only way to prevent these from coming out
is to destroy them. Hopefully bouts of conscience will start to hit some people really soon.

2. Oooooh. The pentagon has been busy confiscating all
the evidence so that it can hide and destroy it.

How convenient.

9. That was Rumsfeld's message during the hearings...
...last Friday:

Rumsfeld responding to Senator Collin's questions,

<snip>

"RUMSFELD...So there's a pattern of not reaching down into those things, bringing them up and looking at all the evidence before it ever arrives. And in this case, it was released to the press.

Now, we announced the problem to the press. We did not release the Taguba report to the press. That was done by someone to release against the law a secret document."

5. I saw a report on CNN that stated the DOD was considering
making some of the videos and photos "classified" probably in an effort from preventing them from going public.

Hmmm...I guess they don't want to release this information and let the chips fall where they may. Not surprising to me.

10. I was thinking
About how they always say it was just a few bad apples. Wasnt the guys who killed those contractors just a few bad apples also? Also why do we hold Saddam for what his military does while Bush runs rampant while his military rapes and plunders Iraq?

Rumsfeld's Pentagon policy: Suppress, withhold, hide, destroy.

The Pentagon is subject to oversight by the Congress! How can 'they' get away with destruction of evidence???

- read what the uber arrogant Rumsfeld and Myers said last Friday about Iraqi torture and suppression of our national press:

14. Congress is getting a little tired of being left out of the loop
I don't think they will stand for this.

Both R's and D's are getting tired of this crap.

Is it all about to hit the fan? It is going to be interesting how this one plays out.
