1. I got in just a while ago, but it took many tries.
I think their server isn't prepared for the kinda traffic it's getting.

2. Not to jump to conclusions but I'll bet the Busheviks forced 'em out
Perhaps a "Cease and Desist"

Perhaps some sympathetic Busheviks at Plesk took care of business.

Anyone got anything other than speculation.

I could speculate for hours. Let's see if anyone has some real info.

4. What the hell?
I just ran a whois on the domain and they are registered up to '07... I'm sure it's just a tech problem. When Russ put the pictures up, I couldn't get through for days.

I too expect the worse in such situations, but it(almost) always turns out okay. So I'll keep hitting it during the day. There were a few more "frat-hazing" pictures I had seen earlier on DU, that I hope will be found there.

From the looks of it they are rebuilding the server and then will reload the most recent backup.

20. Looks like traffic crushed their server
The recent dover shots were hosted there and now with the torture photos they got crushed. Either crashed or installing new servers to handle the extra traffic.
