the torture of prisoners in Iraq is a joke. Talk about CYA.If that bunch of blowhards hadn't handed * war powers and a blank check and told him to go off and play soldier, we would not be in this mess. Everyone of them abrogated their oath to uphold the Constitution.

I am just livid now as I've listened to one after another of them come up and pontificate about how appalling this all is. It's beyond appalling. Notice how not one of them dares to mention the SHAMEFULNESS of this. Not one of them is willing to own the shame or admit they were wrong.
