Should Media Whores be punished for enabling the Administration?
Okay, no physical assaults but how should they be taken to task for the lies that they are ready, willing and able to spread and perpetuate? If it's money that motivates them, I doubt they care what people think as none of them seems to have a conscience.

1. I think they're already starting to realize that people are looking at
sources other than themselves for the truth about what's going on. Maybe, in a way, they are already being punished because there are a lot of news whores who's credibility is totally gone because they've been pushing the bush* & co. line of shit down everybody's throats for so long.

7. Absolutely..
someone had to give the order in each media outlet to do what was asked..they're just as guilty because they've been involved before the election.

4. The only effective way to punish "news" sites that do a poor job
of reporting truthful news is to hit them in their pocketbooks.

Punish them by refusing to watch their trash. Switch your information gathering to more credible sources, and encourage your friends and family and neighbors to do the same.

As their ratings fall, their advertisers will forsake them. It's the advertisers who run the false news machine. Who are the advertisers? The pharmaceutical companies, steel companies, auto companies, and the rest who benefit from BushCo policies.

Turn off the spigot by changing the channel.

5. They should be punished with aggressive scorn and derision. They should
be mocked and berated at every turn. Their integrity
and self esteem must be derided. You take words and
stuff them back at these wankers. It will hurt. They
think they are somebody. Use words and scorn to make
them nobody.

8. YES!!
"You take words and stuff them back at these wankers."

Yes, never let them and their readers forget what they wrote, how they enabled this. Some are pretending they were misled using the "we were all misled" line. Bullshit. The masses were misled by their promotion of known lies. They must never be allowed to use their positions to lie and propagandize again. Store their lies, categorize them, use them to remind them and their readers of their complicity in this horror story.

6. Yes. Tried for treason and subversion, and sentenced thusly,
those who have actively supported this regime, and have knowingly disseminated propaganda... Despite what most think, the 1st Amendment does NOT protect propaganda mongers who's work leads to killings and wars. Those who were just too stupid or lazy to do their jobs correctly, should simply be fired and banished from the profession.

10. too late for preemptive assassination
and torture wouldnt do. Post op assassinations maybe?
Up against the wall you traitors. However, you cant take out the employees, it has to be the owners. This should leave the employees suitably jobless and they can do better reporting on the economy that way.

12. Hey now
They were just following orders.
Everyone knows that in a time of war orders must be followed at all cost.
But it would be fun to see them all in a naked pyramid.
