Idea on what to do during the Repub convention
Edited on Mon May-10-04 08:59 PM by Snoggera
If in NYC, (tune your stereo to a predetermined station that is in on this and willing to incur the wrath of the FCC) open your windows and play "We're Not Gonna Take This". Not loud enough to get an admonishment from the building supervisor, but loud enough to be heard. Can you imagine one million people putting this out in the open air at the same time? After all, if one can't get past a protest zone that will probably be set up in Pennsylvania, there must be other ways.
I know, there are much better songs to use, but I can't get this lousy one out of my head for the moment.

Gotta better idea? (This sounds kooky even to me)

Edit: Maybe the timing of the post is off! I'll resubmit in a few months and get a gajillion replies! AZDemDist6 - you are just ahead of your time!
