Lawsuit to stop purchase of electronic voting machines in Ohio

Many of you are already aware of the dire situation we're in regarding the purchase of electronic voting machines for 31 Ohio counties. Right now, the only way to stop the purchase is to file a lawsuit to halt the purchase of these machines in time for the '04 election.
CASE (Citizens Alliance for Secure Elections) needs donations to cover legal fees. They've been working with the Electronic Frontier Founation(EFF), a non-profit, non-partisan organization based in California, to set up a fund for Ohio litigation on the electronic voting issue.

We need to raise more than $10,000 to make this happen. And we need to raise the money now. (It's tax deductible!)
