Taguba is a fine example of how our military should work.

I have to say I agree with Chablis's characterization that the soldiers can stand taller after reading his straightforward report. Taguba did an awesome job IMHO and spared no one from the light of this investigation. He did stop at kapinski but that is because it was what he was directed to do.

Read the report it is very enlightening. This goes further than Kapinski without question but his report is very thorough with no regard for rank
when assigning responsibility. If our whole army was conducting itself in the professional manner he has shown in his report we would not be in the position we are today.
