MSNBC poll: 69% find Bush response to torture inadequate

Of course, his response is inadequate for the country and for the world...
But it was just right for showing the country and the world what a piece of shit he really is!

The media tries to pretend that Bush is a legitimate leader, making decisions on his own, based upon merit or upon his own sense of what should be done. "Bush has decided to keep Rumsfield, Bush has congratulated Rumsfield for doing such a superb job."

But I think people are seeing through that, finally. When he goes to Rumsfield's office, people can't imagine that he is telling Rumsfield what to do. People can't see Rumsfield accepting a compliment from a man every way his inferior. They are starting to see the strings that operate Bush. So it is getting harder for Bush's shams to work on them.

Except Freeper sorts, but you have to have an ounce of intelligence and independence to make up your own mind, anyway, and they lack both.
