7. actually, it's already been appealed and they wait has begun

as of right now, no closing

SC won't offer up a decision until October-this is my understanding

Sebelius is thinking of calling up a special session of the legislature (after high court rules)..as it has adjourned.

8. Pam,

Can you offer tutoring?? Maybe you could get private students and make more than what you would have gotten for summer school.. Of course their classes might not count..

Kansas used to have great schools..(I am from Salina).. My high school taught Russian, Japanese, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Latin, and a couple of others.. We also had the full range of math classes...and all the sciences.. full range of music..

The 60's had it all.. too bad we got cheap in the 80's and ruined education.:(
