Premature to fire Rumsfeld based on evidence - but rush court-martials?

Seems to me the BushInc apologists who say that Rumsfeld can't be fired because there is not enough evidence are also the same ones who want to push through the court-martials of lowly soldiers based on that same evidence.

Equal justice?

1. Rumbutt doing damage control....on TV

He's holding open meeting Clinton style, which he does regularly with Pentagon people so TV says. People look gloomy and sad. Rumbutt trying to look upbeat. Questions staged, of course. He's the big boss, who from the Pentago is really going to ask him difficult questions. Wishful thinking rumbutt.

3. Civilian Contractors

I know I may be asking a dumb question but is there any investigtion to the "civilian contrctors" or whatever they are calling them that were running the prison? Who did these people answer to (I think we all know but anyway)?
