Wonder what they think now that there had been the first beheading?
The Republicans are a danger to American security.

2. Bingo! Inhofe and other Repugs during this mornings hearing were
absolutely in perfect repug, RW form.

There were several things said by repugs this morning that irked me. The worst was Inhofe, but there was another repug that said he agreed totally with Inhofe so he is of the same ilk.

Then (Talent) blamed the situation of lack of discipline and torture in the prison on CLINTON because he had cut the funding for the Army. But in my mind, if they knew the army was in such bad shape, WHY DID THEY GO TO IRAQ BEFORE BEEFING IT UP!!! And, I don't have perfect memory, but I KNOW that Rumsfeld wanted the army to be lean, mean, and automated/contracted out before 9/11. So it is RUMSFELD'S FAULT NOT CLINTON'S.

4. Don't forget that Cheney, on his way out in early 1993,
espoused a plan to cut down on the number of troops required so that they could be outsourced (support troops)...

And then went to Halliburton straight-away...

Talk about setting yourself up...

3. Actually it's the second beheading.
Daniel Pearle was the first beheaded.
