1. What I Think

1. He has some hidden evidence that implicates someone higher in the chain of command, like a picture of active participation.

2. His defense will show that Sivits cannot get a fair trial because Bush has already shown command bias with his public statements.

3. Someone hints that his family might have an accident.

Actually I don't think he has anything of value to trade.

2. The thing is Bush set the tone (stage) for the torture of the prisoners at

Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq, when he at the beginning of the hostilities against Afghanistan, said that the United States would not be subject to the rules of the Geneva Convention....That was a reckless and irresponsible thing to say, besides being unlawful...He is to blame for what has happened....
