Big Problem- Help, please!
Out of nowhere (have been a lifelong registered Democrat for 40 years) I received a portrait of Pickles and the Idiot in the mail today, along with a request for a donation from Marc Racicot, of course. I will send the postage paid envelope back to them naturally, but what the hell do I do with the portrait?????

If it makes any difference it is a casual shot at the ranch, Dubya smiling that vapid smile and wearing his 'I am a real cowboy' belt and Pickles looking zonked.

18. Why wouldn't it?
The post office doesn't care. They just scan
the postage-paid sticker.

21. my understanding is
that those return envelopes are postage paid up to a designated rate, i.e. a first class envelope that contains a letter and a check, not as an unlimited amount. returning it certainly costs the original sender the price (discounted first rate b/c of bulk mailing), but doesn't expose them to unlimited postal liability, as it were, in the event that someone taped the envelope to a parcell containing a brick or other items.

24. Well, can't hurt to try it.

(Do you have some kind of inside experience you're not sharing?)

If you're right, one thing I do is rip up all the literature
and stuff the envelope as full as I can. If it fits in the
envelope, your objection would be moot, true?

25. ture...
I would imagine you would have a better chance getting away with it by stuff envelopes full of useless material - such as the crap originally sent. but I think they are just charges a set rate for the return.

(no experience other than having, in prior jobs, done mass mailings and picked up a little knowledge along the way....)

8. We have a thing here at work - since about 50% of us hate him
Everybody and their brother must be getting those things - so some floors have them hanging - and have cutouts to dress the Emperor and his Stepford wives - I in particular distort and contort them with Hitler mustaches and Stepford wives dress, etc. It is really a riot - and I hang it out for all to see..... so I sort of started a trend here - there were so many of them, hated to see them go to waste. My boss immediately hands me his as soon as he receives ANOTHER one - and he is a major Democrat - and a good time is had by all.

20. recycle it
just because his f*cking up the environment with his policies doesn't mean he has to clutter up the landfill with his images....who knows, perhaps divine justice will be done and the little bits of recycled matter will eventually be re-constituted into new paper that will be made into a placard for Kerry eventually spelling smirkco's demise...
