It was just a frat prank.
The only thing those stills show is Nick Berg surrounded by guys in masks. So what's the big deal? We used to intimidate pledges all the time in my fraternity. Isn't "beheading" overstating things just a bit?

So please let's stop talking about this. It's unbecoming.

6. I remember my friend telling me when he joined alpha allah akbar
that for a college prank, they went to UNC Chapel Hill and blew up a disco. Lots of people injured, it was hilarious.

These things are done in jest, why can't people lighten up?

His point is that Rush Limbaugh claimed the other day that the torture done on the Iraqi prisoners was akin to a frat prank.

He's just turning things around to see how they sound, now that one of our Americans has been beheaded.

I've been lurking for awhile but never posted. I just hate it when the neo-cons post this stuff on their threads saying it speaks for all of us, and it paints us in a negative light. I didnt joke when Iraqis were killed, certainly not for Americans.

I'm American, I wouldn't make jokes about Iraqi deaths, let only my own countrymen. If you want to try to make this an issue you're way off base but I welcome a challenge.
