Is The Pentagon a "Self-Licking Ice-Cream Cone"?
That is how one Pentagon analyst described it. I forget his name. Maybe someone can help with his name. I would like to see what he says now.

he was also one of the most dazzingly articulate and devastatingly honest television characters I have had the pleasure of having had my tv introduce me to.

Chuck Spinney is well worth listening to and watching (the Moyers thing was great), but so was Uncle Arthur, at least before he became the secret square.
