CNN is obviously trying to keep it light and throw in some happy talk before Wolf and the evening "hard news."

O'Brien was on for about four or five hours straight when the shuttle disintegrated. He was CNN's NASA guy! He knows EVERYTHING about our space program and was very informative and educational on that day. I think CNN received a lot of positive response and expanded his gig on the channel.

C'mon now.

Aaron Brown is pretty good, actually. He got visibly angry about the Bush admin trying to block the 9/11 commission.

Lou Dobbs has his bad sides (like today, where he whined about why the world wasn't complaining more about Nick Berg than the prisoner abuse), but he fights for PEOPLE. He takes Democratic sides quite often. If he wasn't a corporatist and a former Bush donor (as well as fat and white!), you'd swear he was a Democrat.

Anderson Cooper isn't bad, either. He's actually gay, and he appears to lean Dem.

CNN as a corporation is politically and intellectually despicable, but these three anchors are okay by me.
