"I would state at least through my perspective what we saw is appalling. It's consistent with the photos that you've seen to date in the press. They go beyond that in many ways in terms of various acts depicted ... some totally unrelated to the Abu Ghraib Prison," Sen. Bill Frist, R-Majority Leader said.

House Majority Leader Tom DeLay of Sugar Land said the photos are "pretty disgusting," but he reaffirmed confidence in Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld.

Senators say the photos included torture, humiliation and forced sex, beyond what's been shown to the public.

"Looks like someone was trying to put together a porno film or something," DeLay said.

doubt that they are all (rethugs) little small minded perverts? i mean, c'mon! why does he even need to say this unless it's seriously on his mind? a "porn" video indeed...

why not just call this stuff what it is: snuff.

and as all us law abiding citizens know, that's agains the law, as well as highly immoral.

guess he doesn't get that, though.
