I watched "fog of war" last night..... screw mcnamara

I watched "fog of war" last night..... screw mcnamara
it was very nice history insight. a lot of quotes i had never heard.

mcnamara had three or four times when he could have resigned as a statement of his beliefs. he says there were reasons he can not mention. maybe he thought he was the only one who could reason with lbj. maybe he thought a new sec def would be more hawkish. I think he should have loudly and clearly told the people where he stood.
