ON EDIT: No one's trying to censor you or tell you you're wrong - it's just a subheading better left to it's own forum. Don't ask the rest of us to continually "hide threads" on a moderated GENERAL Discussion forum.
lower my blood pressure. After all the mods can move the threads just like they do now with non-breaking news that goes into "breaking news" and funny lounge stuff that gets in GD.
As much as I can't stand some of the 'conspiracy theory' threads that pop up here every time something really important breaks, I've seen too many very real stories get labeled as 'theories' only to be proved as fact by the researchers here.

There is no valid criterion by which to call something tinfoil or not. In fact, it would just be an excuse for the labeling of something by people don't want to think about particular subjects.
i'm not sure what would qualify as tin foil. Some are obvious - like this blood spurt stuff; other stuff walks a fine line. I'm not sure it would be enforceable.
The best answer to conspiracy theories is to expose them to general opinion.
Kind of like how talk radio people take for granted that Hillary is sabotaging Kerry so she can run for president in '08. Let these people express themselves in public, and see where these things stand.
