Limbaugh and Cheney are buddies, right?

Not duck-hunting buddies of course, but Dick does hang out on Rush's show at times.

Rush's take on the prisoner abuse is it is no big deal, just some soldiers letting off steam.

Bushco's stated position is these acts are abhorent, but the work of a few bad apples

Still with me?

The "bad apples" are saying they were just following orders.
Bushco's position will be that following orders is no excuse because the soldiers should have known the orders were illegal.

Now close your eyes and imagine one big fat bad apple following orders.
