The Latest Attack on Mrs. Kerry
Edited on Sat May-15-04 07:34 AM by Skinner
Most the time I delete this junk, but once in a while I educate myself on what the freepers are up to. Today I got this ridiculous letter from an aunt. I googled Author Hollr and he doesn't even appear to exist. I just heard about similar smear campaigns against McCain in the 2000 election. Rove keeps hitting continued lows. I have no intention of responding to my gullible aunt, but isn't it time for us to fight back? I've been wondering about starting our own chain letter about Bush. Had to be short and precise for the freepers that can't handle too much info. Any suggestions?

This is so awful and the self righteous are happily passing it along!

LONG BUT A GREAT GETTING-TO-KNOW-YOU PIECE...
Catsup, Pickles, and the Radical Left

by Paul R. Hollr

Maria Teresa Thiersten Simoes-Ferreira Heinz Kerry was born in Mozambique, the daughter of a Portuguese physician, and was educated in Switzerland and South Africa. Fluent in five languages, she was working as a United Nations interpreter in Geneva in the mid-60's when she met a handsome young American, H. John Heinz, III, who worked at a bank in Geneva. He told her his family was "in the food business."

They were married in 1966 and returned to Pittsburgh where his family ran the giant H.J. Heinz food company. He was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 1971, and in 1976 he was elected to the first of three terms in the United States Senate.

Senator H. John Heinz was a friend of mine - not a close friend, not a golfing buddy, but a friend nonetheless. The last time I saw him alive was, oddly enough, in the men's restroom at the Maverick Steakhouse, a favorite nighttime eatery and watering hole for politicians and lobbyists in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

The senator was standing at a wash basin, drying his hands, when I entered the room. When he turned and saw me he rushed toward me, threw his arms around me, and said, "Paul, it's good to see you!" All I could do was mumble, "Senator, do you really think we should be seen hugging each other in a men's restroom?" He didn't think so, and neither did I, but we shared a good laugh over his impromptu display of affection.

1. The first lady doesn't run the country.
I couldn't care less about who the First Lady is, it's a complete non-factor in my opinion. The pukes are always trying to make something out of nothing.

11. I DO care
who the First Lady( or First Gentleman for that matter)is.They most certainly influence the direction of the country.Think Eleanor Roosevelt and Hillary Clinton.Think of Edith Wilson running the country after Wilson's stroke. It might be a non factor to you , but part of the reason I will vote for Kerry is the superb judgment he showed in marrying Teresa!( And that slop piece is so ill researched that the author didn't realize that she just registered as a Dem this year!)

16. At least Eleanor Roosevelt can be remembered for her contributions

with regard to addressing the country's social/welfare problems before, during, and after WWII; being a founder of the U.N. as well as the first representative of the U.S.; her column, "My Day", her ability to collect data and provide it to FDR in a capacity that his other advisors could not accomplish, etc.

Mrs. Roosevelt was an heiress in her own right before she married her fifth cousin. Her monied, privileged background was irrelevant during her tenure as First Lady of the U.S., the U.N., and the world.

This is exactly why I maintain that the money and financial holdings of the wife of Senator John Kerry is not a germaine topic of discussion. Her private wealth has no relevance upon the price of oil, outsourcing of jobs, inflation, the invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan, black-box voting, political corruption through corporate donations and influence, etc.

3. Do we add Mrs. Bush's little ole accident back in Midand TX some
many years ago when a big red stop sign in the middle of no where meant nothing and then suddenly, boom. Our lovely 1st lady had ran a stop sign and killed a 17 yr old male. And the kicker was she had dated him.

12. ROFLMAO! Don't worry, only ignorant fascist freepers would find it
offensive. It is a really pathetic attempt at smear propaganda. It is so utterly lame that it's hilarious.

Look at the good things she does:

So how does Mrs. Heinz Kerry spend John Heinz's money? Just one example: According to the G2 Bulletin, an online intelligence newsletter of WorldNetDaily, in the years between 1995-2001 she gave more than $4 million to an organization called the Tides Foundation. And what does the Tides Foundation do with John Heinz's money?

They support numerous antiwar groups, including Ramsey Clark's International Action Center. Clark has offered to defend Saddam Hussein when he's tried.

They support the Democratic Justice Fund, a joint venture of the Tides Foundation and billionaire hate-monger George Soros. The Democratic Justice Fund seeks to ease restrictions on Muslim immigration from terrorist" states.

They support the Council for American-Islamic Relations, whose
leaders are known to have close ties to the terrorist group, Hamas.

They support the National Lawyers Guild, organized as a
communist front during the Cold War era. One of their attorneys, Lynne Stewart, has been arrested for helping a client, Sheikh Omar Abdel Rahman, communicate with terror cells in Egypt. He is the convicted mastermind of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.

They support Planned Parenthood, the National Abortion Rights Action League, and the Abortion Action Project. They support the most violent of all homosexual action groups, ACT-UP.

They support the "Barrio Warriors," a radical Hispanic group whose primary goal is to return all of Arizona, California, New Mexico, and Texas to Mexico.

These are but a few of the radical groups that benefit, through the anonymity provided by the Tides Foundation, from the generosity of our would-be first lady - the wealthy widow of Republican senator John Heinz, and now the wife of the Democratic senator who aspires to be the 44th President of the United States.

If voters will only try to imagine a woman such as Teresa Heinz Kerry, the fairy godmother of the radical left,

Teresa Kerry is world renowned philanthropist. On any average day, she does more good for the world than George Bu$h has done in his entire lifetime.

13. They'd best tread lightly...
The political repercussions, should Heinz Kerry choose to make an independent expenditure, are also unclear. She has said that she has no plans to spend her own money on the campaign, but she reserves the right to do so should her family come under attack. (bold mine)

$500 million would buy enough lawyering to tie these fools up in court until even the youngest of us is pouring Geritol on our Wheaties...
