If the price of gas remains at $2 per gallon, how much extra ...?

will you spend in the next year? Are you counting the extra cost of groceries because of the price of gas? Are you counting the extra cost of home heating oil, electic bill, etc? No doubt, these high gas prices are going to be a hardship on many families. Folks that spend $30-40 per week and more on gasoline and are trying to pinch pennies to make ends meet are going to be especially hard hit...

2. A lot of it's going to be hidden...

The increased cost of gas means that it costs more to ship things, so, any producer that ships their products will end up having to raise their prices (or eat the cost).

If gas prices stay high, expect inflation.
