Will the Senate fillibuster the killing of your spouse, mother or child?
This is what the medical liability legislation is about. It limits our recourse to discourage doctors from deciding that your child or mother is not economically worth giving life-saving to. Currently doctors around America are discussing whether lives are economically worth saving. I've heard the discussions and seen the decisions that doctors think they can get away with because of current liability limits. This new legislation makes lives less worth saving. If Daschle doesn't fillibuster it, then we should kick him out of the Party. If he does not fillibuster it, then every malpractice death in America from then on will be his personal responsiblity.

Alternatively, do you have the title of the bill?
